Friends of Highlands Hammock State Park is a non-profit 501(c)(3), a Citizen Support Organization (CSO), and is regulated by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. The citizen organization is dedicated to supporting the park through programs that preserve and protect the park, educate visitors about the value of our park, encourage community engagement, and provide financial support to supplement state funding. 

Our success comes from everyone working together, which includes our strong relationships with corporate and foundation partners who are a significant part of that success.
